MultiThread is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of an Admin & HR Officer. This dual-role position supports smooth office operations and HR processes while ensuring an excellent employee experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Key Responsibilities
i. Recruitment, onboarding & offboarding
ii. Employee records, leave & payroll support
iii. Policy compliance & performance reviews
iv. Office operations, procurement & vendor management
Qualifications
i. BSc in HR/Business Administration, or related field
ii. At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
iii. Knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws
iv. Proficiency in Microsoft 365
v. Ability to drive with a Ghana DVLA license
