GTBank Ghana is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Growth Lead to spearhead the Bank's digital marketing and communication strategy. The role will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital advertising and promotional activities, ensuring a unified, impactful, and insight-driven brand presence across all digital platforms. This position will drive customer acquisition, engagement, and product adoption by leveraging data, market insights, and innovative digital tactics to advance the Bank's growth agenda.
Duties & Responsibilities
Campaign & Brand Management
i. Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing communication campaigns that support GTBank Ghana's brand, business objectives, and corporate initiatives.
ii. Build, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for GTBank
iii. Ensure brand consistency, tone, and messaging across Above the Line (ATL), Below the Line (BTL), digital, social media, and experiential platforms.
iv. Oversee the management of all GTBank's social media accounts, channels, website, and product microsites
v. Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery from ideation and production to launch, optimization, and reporting.
Content Creation & Copywriting
Lead content strategy development across platforms, including social media, websites, advertising, internal communications, and corporate campaigns.
Deliver high-quality copywriting and editorial oversight, ensuring clarity, relevance, and brand alignment.
Digital & Social Media Management
i. Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, community management, and real-time engagement.
ii. Drive growth in reach, engagement, and follower base/community size across all digital platforms.
iii. Monitor online media outlets where the Bank advertises to ensure compliance by 3rd parties and media houses
Requirements
i. Minimum of 7 years' experience in marketing communications or advertising.
ii. Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional units.
iii. Strong background in content creation, copywriting, campaign management, and digital marketing.
