SKB Construction & Real Estate is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven marketer to join our growing team in Kumasi. The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies and manage our social media and digital presence. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute marketing strategies.
· Manage our social media and digital presence.
· Create engaging marketing content.
· Generate quality leads and increase brand visibility.
· Support sales and business development initiatives.
· Represent the SKB brand professionally.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
· At least 2 years' marketing experience (construction or real estate experience is an advantage).
· Strong digital marketing and social media management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
· Must be based in Kumasi or willing to relocate.
