Akkak Appa Gh seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Administrative Executive. The ideal candidate will ensure supplies, equipment, and facilities are used efficiently. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate must ensure supplies, equipment, and facilities are managed efficiently.

·       The candidate will coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs.

·       The candidate will monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed.

·       The candidate will schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments for executives and staff.

·       The candidate will be responsible for preparing meeting topics and agendas

·       The candidate will be responsible for taking minutes during meetings

·       The candidate will draft, format, and proofread letters, reports, presentations, and other documents

·       The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing communications

Qualification

·       HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations Management, Human Resource Manager, or other relevant fields

·       Proven work experience as an Administrative Executive

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and others

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
