Synlab is seeking highly driven and experienced Corporate Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in insurance sales, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets. This role requires a confident communicator who can engage corporate clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive business growth. The following are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Key Responsibilities:

       i.          Identify and acquire new corporate and insurance clients while managing and rowing existing accounts to maximize retention and revenue.

     ii.          Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, provide accurate sales reports, and represent the company at industry events.

    iii.          Proficiency in at least one claims software RX, Medserv, or Pure Claims is required.

Requirements:

       i.          Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.

     ii.          Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in insurance sales, especially in corporate or B2B environments.

    iii.          Strong understanding of insurance products (life, health, general insurance).

   iv.          Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

     v.          Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

   vi.          Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

  vii.          Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based role.
