Euro Homes Group is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate the executive’s daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and events, to ensure effective time management. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Key Responsibilities
i. Manage and coordinate the Executive's daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and events, to ensure effective time management.
ii. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Executive Office.
iii. Draft, proofread, and manage confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations.
iv. Organize local and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
v. Prepare meeting agendas, compile materials, record minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
vi. Conduct research, prioritize issues, and manage ad- hoc projects in support of strategic objectives.
vii. Monitor deadlines, key deliverables, and commitments, ensuring the Executive is well-informed and prepared.
viii. Handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualification
i. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or other relevant fields
ii. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
iii. Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
iv. A keen eye for detail
v. Good time management skills
