Elixir Audits is seeking qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of an Accountant as a full-time staff in the finance department. The ideal candidate should be an initiative-take who enjoys accountability for your actions, demonstrates initiative and approaches tasks with a structure and deliberate manner. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Responsibilities

·       Candidate will create and maintain transactions and financial records and reports related to accounting

·       Candidate will prepare budget forecasts and financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards

·       Candidate will perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting reports

·       Candidate will prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations

·       Candidate will implement best practices in financial control processes

·       Candidate will conduct detailed analysis of financial data

·       Candidate must ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements

·       Candidate must ensure proper inventory management

·       Candidate will perform any other related duties assigned by management

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, finance or related field

·       Working knowledge of accounting standards and principles

·       Minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar role

·       Strong proficiency in using an accounting software

·       Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel

·       Excellent analytical and numerical skills

·       Strong attention to detail and accuracy
