Stratcomm Africa is seeking the services of qualified individuals for the position of HR Assistant. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Qualification
i. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
ii. 1-3 years of experience in an HR/Administrative Support role
iii. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
iv. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
v. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
vi. Knowledge of the Ghana Labor Act and HR best practices
