Rana Motors is looking for qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of an HR Officer (Male). The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for posting job advertisements and sourcing candidates. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates

·       The candidate will screen resumes and shortlisting candidates

·       The candidate will be responsible for addressing employee concerns and grievances

·       The candidate will be responsible for promoting a positive workplace culture

·       The candidate will be responsible for organizing employee engagement activities

·       The candidate will assist in payroll processing

·       The candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs and organizing programs

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent

·       3 – 5 years of working experience

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Good time management skills

·       Knowledge of Labour laws is an added advantage

·       A keen eye for detail
