The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Key Responsibilities
i. Provide administrative and clerical support
ii. Manage calls, emails, and correspondence
iii. Maintain records and documentation systems
iv. Coordinate meetings and schedules
v. Assist with inventory and basic bookkeeping. Prepare reports and official documents
Qualification & Requirements
i. Minimum SHS/ Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or related field
ii. Strong written and verbal communication kills
iii. Good time management and organizational skills
