New Crystal Hospital is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Accountant. The ideal candidate will prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Key Responsibilities
i. Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements & reports.
ii. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory laws, and internal policies.
iii. Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
iv. Conduct audits and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
v. Provide financial advice to management for decision-making.
vi. Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
vii. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Qualification & Experience:
i. Bachelor's degree in accounting
ii. Proven experience in accounting, auditing, or financial management.
iii. Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and tax laws.
iv. Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Remuneration: Salary as per single spine 16H with other incentives.
