JOB BRIEF
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company is seeking two dynamic individuals to join their team to drive sales and marketing strategies, to promote our healthcare products to hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and other organizations. The successful candidates will play crucial roles in identifying and engaging with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, medical directors, pharmaceutical specialists, end users of pharmaceutical products, and other relevant stakeholders. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and provide valuable insights to guide product development and marketing strategies.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue/sales target
• Organize and participate in medical events to present the company’s products
• Source new sales opportunities through both outbound/inbound efforts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders (including customers)
• Conduct market research and monitor current trends, analyze competitors’ activities, and identify growth opportunities (applying the SWOT analysis).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the company to ensure marketing strategies are optimized.
• Sending emails, quotations, Proforma invoices, and other related documents to customers
• Maintain records related to sales.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field
• Should have 2 to 4 years of proven marketing and sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Certified Medical Counter Assistants (MCA) are strongly advised to apply
• In-depth working knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office, Excel, e-mail, and internet
