Risha Haven is seeking the services of qualified,  hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Sales Manager. The successful candidate will plan and deliver on sales strategies to achieve business and personal targets. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of working experience as a Salesperson with the responsibility of managing teams to achieve business targets. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

       i.          Plan and deliver on sales strategies to achieve business and personal targets.

     ii.          Prospect and sell the products and services of the company.

    iii.          Plan, recruit, and train Life Planners.

   iv.          Set targets and manage Life Planners to achieve personal as well as branch and corporate sales targets.

     v.          Constant field activity with Life Planners to improve their selling skills and product knowledge.

   vi.          Prepare and undertake sales presentations to individuals, groups and associations, or corporate bodies.

  vii.          Effectively manage Life Planners with a focus on their engagement, motivation, and welfare.

viii.          Effectively communicate business decisions and information to all Life Planners and other stakeholders.

   ix.          Handle performance improvement and performance management issues to ensure optimal performance of all Sales Representatives.

     x.          Fully implement all new initiatives that lead to the achievement of key business imperatives (Examples include, but are not limited to, Customer Service at Your-Doorstep, etc).

   xi.          Manage key partnerships with third parties, including, but not limited to, recruitment sources and partnerships etc.

  xii.          Drive quality sales that will persist on our books.

xiii.          Open pay points and ensure Life Planners sell from identifiable sources.

xiv.          Provide timely and useful feedback to Underwriting & Reinsurance to improve business processes.

 xv.          Ensure the conservation of policies through professional advice and conduct.

xvi.          Ensure daily reporting of Team KRA to the Branch Manager.

xvii.          Handle client issues both on the field and in the office.

xviii.          Follow up on commission issues and ensure Life Planners are paid on time and accurately.

xix.          Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Branch Manager.

 xx.          Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader, Head of Department, or the business.

Experience/Knowledge Required:

       i.          A minimum of a first degree in any discipline.

     ii.          At least 5 years of working experience as a Salesperson with the responsibility of managing teams to achieve business targets.

    iii.          Must have a track record of excellent performance and good behaviour.

   iv.          Excellent communication and presentation skills.

     v.          Excellent knowledge of the use of ICT to achieve results.

   vi.          Must be able to drive and have a valid driving license.
