Geldex Invest is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through various channels, including phone, email, and social media. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Online Forex trading and CFD trading. The following are the qualifications and responsibilities for the position;
Responsibilities
i. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
ii. The candidate will use an intelligent soft sales approach to communicate the benefits of FX Trading, our products and services, our trading platform, and the FX markets to prospective and existing clients.
iii. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
iv. The candidate will conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
v. The candidate will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
vi. The candidate will consistently take initiative to learn and stay current about the markets, the FX industry, and any new platforms, products, and services of the company, as well as educational resources.
vii. The candidate will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
viii. The candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support to clients: Assist clients with inquiries on the trading platforms, products, onboarding, and account funding procedures.
ix. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales activities, Leads, and client interactions.
Qualification
i. Bachelor's degree, or 1 to 3 years of related experience in the Forex Trading or financial industry is a must.
ii. A strong understanding of Online Forex Trading, CFD trading, and trading platforms is an area must.
iii. Proficiency in the use of MS Office and experience in Salesforce would be an asset.
iv. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
v. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
vi. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
vii. Experience in Sourcing High-Frequency traders and high-net-worth individuals.
