Office Manager needed for immediate employment.
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities: oversee the affairs of the other teammates:
• Ensure Inventory and marketing manager role done
• Ensure the driver performs duties with minimum wastage
• Reports to the directors
• Effectively organize all activities given to the team
• Ensure punctuality always - Clock in notebook
• Daily Staff meetings at 8:30 am
• Monthly marathon meetings on the last Friday of the month
• Quarterly meetings
• Present start of day report and close of day reports to directors
• File and arrange folders at the close of day
• Type and print all documents (Transfer letters, invoices, acceptance, and others)
• File all returns (PAYE, SSNIT, VAT, SALARIES) —first week
• Write all cheques (end-of-month and weekly petty cash cheques) first week
• Ensure daily sales and expenses in the bookkeeper APP are done
• Inspect the bookkeeper to ensure all entries done
• Airtime and data monthly purchases and entries
• Present weekly activity reports
• Scanning of all expenses so they are stored digitally in the bookkeeper
• Liaise with the accountant and auditors
• Liaise with SSNIT and GRA to ensure clearance certificates are available when needed
• Transcribing directors' notes to Word daily
• Any other responsibilities given by directors
Requirements:
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
