The Role:

We're seeking a creative and strategic Brands & Marketing Officer to join our

growing team. You'll be responsible for developing and executing a

comprehensive brand strategy that strengthens our external presence and fosters

a vibrant internal brand culture.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

External Brand Management:

·       Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy to build brand awareness and reputation across all relevant platforms (social media, website, public relations, etc.).

·       Manage and execute social media campaigns, creating engaging content that drives audience growth and brand interaction.

·       Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, sales) to ensure brand messaging is consistent and impactful across all touchpoints.

·       Analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

Internal Brand Advocacy:

·       Develop and implement internal brand engagement activities to foster a strong company culture and employee pride.

·       Create and maintain clear brand guidelines for internal use, ensuring consistency across departments.

·       Act as a brand champion within the company, communicating brand values and initiatives to all staff members.

Product & Service Marketing:

·       Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services, driving lead generation and sales growth.

·       Work closely with product development to understand new offerings and craft compelling marketing messaging.

·       Manage the company website, ensuring it is informative, user-friendly, and reflects the overall brand identity.

Qualifications:

·       Experience in conducting successful marketing campaigns.

·       Knowledge in building brand awareness and managing brand expectation.

·       Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

·       Strong analytical skills and ability to measure marketing ROI.

·       Proficient in social media marketing tools and platforms.
