The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations in HR, finance, and compliance. The ideal candidate must have good knowledge of administrative and secretarial roles. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
i. The candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations in HR, finance, and compliance.
ii. The candidate will manage payments, budgets, and financial reporting
iii. The candidate will coordinate logistics for programs, tours, and events
iv. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks and maintaining communications systems.
Qualification
i. Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
ii. Proven work experience in a relevant field
iii. Good written and verbal communication skills
iv. Proficient in processes, principles, and procedures in the Administrative Assistant role
v. Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and others
