Requirement
· Degree in Business, Marketing or Renewable energy.
· Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales
· Prior years of experience in energy sales will be an added advantage
· Willingness to travel for client and industry meetings
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy sector.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online research.
• Develop relationships with clients, government bodies, and corporate stakeholders.
2. Market Research & Strategy:
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential customers.
• Develop business strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, incentives, and policies related to solar energy.
3. Client Relationship Management:
• Meet with potential clients to understand their energy needs and provide customized solar solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
• Negotiate deals and close sales successfully.
4. Collaboration & Reporting:
• Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align business strategies.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and business development goals.
Remuneration
· Salary: 5000-10,000gh
· Attractive commission on sales
