Western Serene Atlantic Hotel is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to manage our procurement operations, including purchasing, contract management and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Procurement Strategies. The candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
· Develop and implement procurement strategies
· Supplier relationship management
· Purchasing and Contract Management
· Budgeting and Cost Control
· Compliance and Risk Management
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or a related field
· Minimum 5 years o experience in procurement management, preferably in the hospitality industry
· CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply) certification or equivalent
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
