JibuCo is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Stores Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the store in reaching goals and objectives related to sales, productivity, profitability and territory penetration, among other areas. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for assisting the store in reaching goals and objectives related to sales, productivity, profitability and territory penetration, among other areas.
· The candidate will plan and execute store marketing and sales initiatives
· The candidate must ensure compliance with all JibuCo standards operating procedures and other records/reports, including product quality control, recordings of all sales in daily, weekly and monthly report templates provided
· The candidate will be responsible for keeping detailed management and accounting records, including all invoices, inventory control documents and delivery notes
· The candidate will be responsible for preparing regular reports forJibuCo management, including accounting and financial templates
· The candidate will be responsible for performing evaluations, disciplining and motivating employees through incentives and positive feedback
Qualification
· HND/Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
· Strong knowledge of store management principles and processes
