SOS Children’s Village a child welfare organization, seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the Internal Auditor position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating policies and procedures for audit, developing annual audit plans, and supporting management in compliance and implementation. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for managing the internal audit process

·       The candidate must ensure compliance with auditing principles and standards

·       The candidate will be responsible for acquiring, analyzing, and evaluating accounting documentation

·       The candidate will be responsible for conducting follow-up audits

·       The candidate will be responsible for evaluating risks

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, and Business Administration

·       Qualified chartered Accountant with ICA Ghana, ACCA, or CIMA professional certificate

·       Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in Finance, Accounting with some relevant experience in Auditing

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

·       High level of integrity in dealing with co-workers

·       Good time management skills

·       Ability to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
