NGC Karida Agrosciences Limited is seeking qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Office Assistant. The ideal candidate should be able to scan, photocopy, and fill documents. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for arranging meetings and maintaining office equipment. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for scanning, photocopying, and filing documents

·       The candidate will ensure meetings are well planned and organized by reserving rooms  and securing refreshments

·       The candidate must ensure office equipment like photocopiers, printers, and fax machines are well maintained for smooth office functionality

·       The candidate must conduct research and compile data upon request

·       The candidate will be responsible for sorting and distributing communications on time

·       The candidate will schedule travel arrangements for senior staff and executives

·       The candidate will be responsible for booking appointments

Qualification

·       Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

·       Proven work experience as an office, assistant, administrative assistant, secretary, back-office assistant, or other relevant fields.

·       Strong knowledge of office equipment

·       Good understanding of office management processes and procedures

·       Good coordination and interpersonal skills

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

·       Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently
