The Kakra Baiden Organization is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in our call centre. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
i. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls in our call centre
ii. The candidate will provide administrative support to various departments
iii. The candidate will prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Office tools
iv. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems
v. The candidate will be responsible for performing other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
i. Minimum of WASSCE
ii. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
iii. Must be a Christian and demonstrate values consistent with our mission
iv. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
