Mint Beauty Bar seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Front Desk Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client inquiries, product & service education, and customer engagement. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, product &service education, and customer engagement

·       The candidate must be polite, articulate, creative, and a fast learner

·       The candidate must be computer-literate and digitally savvy

·       The candidate will be responsible for guiding guests or clients

·       The candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls courteously

·       The candidate will be responsible for refilling office supplies

Qualification

·       HND/ Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

·       Proven work experience as a Front Desk Manager or other relevant field

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
