Responsibilities:
· The candidate will lead HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and staff development.
· The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the school's brand visibility and marketing efforts.
· The candidate will supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency in school administration.
· The candidate must ensure compliance with employment laws, school policies, and regulatory requirements.
· The candidate will oversee staff welfare programs and promote a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance, Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), or Masters Degree in Operational Management.
· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Good interpersonal and coordination skills
