Location - Hybrid
Reports to - Senior Community Manager
All Arte Social is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Junior Community Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with the delegated client's online community in a way that builds brand awareness. They will work cross-functionally with internal partners to understand business objectives, enabling them to communicate effectively with customers. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
i. Work with social media managers to generate social content and brilliant strategies that will drive communications
ii. Plan social content and maintain a content calendar
iii. Monitor overall marketing strategy by overseeing social media campaigns
Qualifications
i. 2+ years in marketing, advertising, or related role
ii. Strong understanding of social media best practices.
iii. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
iv. Passion for social media and community building.
v. Strong written and verbal communication skills
