Business Manager
HR Solutions seeks the services of dynamic, qualified, and hardworking individuals for the position of a Business Manager, with a strong background in hospitality, particularly in restaurant management to oversee and optimize our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant and hotel. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant and hotel, ensuring efficiency, compliance and exceptional service delivery.
· The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing staff, fostering a motivated and customer-centric team culture
· The candidate must develop and implement strategies to increase revenue
· The candidate will be responsible for leading and driving sales strategies for both restaurant and hotel
· The candidate will be must ensure outstanding guest experience by maintaining high standards of quality, ambiance, and service
· The candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, controlling costs and monitoring financial performance to ensure profitability targets are achieved
· The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to align business goals and address operational challenges effectively
Qualification
· Proven work experience as a Business Manager or other relevant role in hospitality
· Excellent leadership and team management skills
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal abilities
· Proficiency in financial management
· Excellent strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
· Ability to manage high-pressure environments with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
