Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Executive for the Tyre Division is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth. This role involves identifying potential customers, building relationships, promoting tyre products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tyre industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Meeting fitment centers , transporters ( fleets ) OEMS , Petrol pumps , Automobile workshop
• Existing Dealers / Customers Build and maintain strong relationship with existing clients assigned Listen , understand the client needs and provide solution , right fitment
• Pitching and presentation Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentation to potential clients and Demonstrate product knowledge and benefits effectively .
• Target Achievement: Close deals and achieve sales targets and Achieve collection targets .
• Reporting Maintain daily call report ( DCR ): , Sales pipeline , Competition information , Market information
• Product Training ( Theory & Practical ): Fortnightly training and development provided
Qualifications:
• HND or Higher qualification.
• Educational background: Automobile background having minimum 2 - 3 years’ field experience - Tyre background will have preference.
• Computer Skills - Microsoft office
• Age Criteria (25 - 35 Years)
• Strong understanding ofsales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
