Zan Estates and Decor seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Marketing Personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing strategies to promote our services and expand our customer base. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing plans aligned with the company’s objectives.

·       The candidate will be responsible for conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive activities.

·       The candidate will be responsible for promoting the brand of the business and creating and managing advertising campaigns online and offline to increase brand visibility.

·       The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the design team to create engaging content on social media, website and other platforms.

·       The candidate will be responsible for content creation and management

·       The candidate will also develop creative content for blogs, email campaigns, social media and newsletters

·       The candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s social media accounts to drive traffic and engagement

·       The candidate will be responsible for sales support and work closely with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into clients

·       The candidate will be responsible for organizing promotional events and campaigns to attract new customers

Qualification

·       HND/SSCCE/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or another related field

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills

·       Strong ethical behavior

·       Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or a related field

·       Proven experience in executing marketing campaigns

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
