Job Description

This role as a Marketing Specialist is within Perfect Ideas Agency. The Ideal candidate will be working closely with the Marketing Manager. You will be in charge of reaching out to ideal Employers in order to persuade them to work with us.

Responsibilities

·       Develop targeted marketing strategies to attract potential clients and job seekers.

·       Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies to support business development efforts.

·       Communicate marketing plans, progress, and results to stakeholders within the company.

·       Increase Clients Engagement with the firm.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications Business, or a related field.

·       Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.

·       Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools).

·       Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

·       Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities

·       Adaptability and willingness to learn

·       Clients-focused mindset
