Café Dear Diary seeks qualified, passionate, skilled, creative, and hardworking individuals for the Graphic Designer position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our brand presence through visual content. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will design engaging graphics for social media, websites, and marketing materials.

·       The candidate will collaborate with the team to develop visual content aligning with our brand identity.

·       The candidate will be responsible for managing design projects from concept to completion.

·       The candidate must capture high-quality photographs of our dishes, events, and café ambiance.

·       The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and scheduling posts on our social media accounts.

Qualification

·       Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

·       Excellent photography skills with an eye for detail and composition

·       Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks

·       Proven work experience in food or hospitality design is desirable

·       Excellent IT skills and familiarity with social media platforms

Remuneration

·       Competitive starting salary: GHc 1500

·       Increment in salary after a 2-month probation period

·       Professional growth and development
