Deon & Noed International, a leading manufacturing company, invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of an Accounts Officer. The successful candidate will possess at least a Degree in Accounting or be part-qualified in a professional qualification in Accounting, e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CA (GH), etc. To work closely with the accountant and other members of the Accounts department in performing accounting duties. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Qualification & Competencies
· Possess at least, a Degree in Accounting or part-qualified in a professional qualification in Accounting e.g. CIMA, ACCA, CA (GH), etc.
· At least, three (3) years progressive and relevant experience, preferably, gained in a manufacturing industry.
· Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
· Excellent numeracy and computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel).
· Knowledge in the use of accounting software (preferably, Sage ACCPAC) will be an added advantage.
· Professional attitude with good attention to detail and deadline oriented.
· Must have good oral and written communication skills.
