NAYA by Africa is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Brand Communication Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing its brand marketing. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will develop exceptional and well-crafted copy for brand communications.
· The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative ways to improve NAYA through African customer engagement and experiences to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
· The candidate will be responsible for coordinating photography, videography and design for content across platforms.
· The candidate will coordinate all marketing activities across digital platforms (website and social media and traditional (retail shops and events) to generate leads.
· The candidate will be responsible for tracking customer comments, FAQs and feedback and report results
