Kr8ive Impakt, a reputable advertising company, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented General Manager / Chief Account Manager to lead our business development and client service operations. This role is for a proven performer in advertising or marketing with a track record of driving business growth, managing high-value accounts, and leading teams to deliver excellence. You will be pivotal in expanding our client base, working relationships, and helping Kr8ive Impakt establish a firm presence in the competitive advertising landscape. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

       i.          Lead business development strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.

     ii.          Manage and grow existing client accounts with a focus on satisfaction and retention.

    iii.          Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through networking, pitching, and proposals.

   iv.          Mentor and manage the account management team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

     v.          Collaborate with creative, production, and events teams to ensure timely and impactful campaign execution.

   vi.          Lead client presentations, proposals, and strategy discussions.


Responsibilities:

       i.          5+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field.

     ii.          Proven track record of revenue growth, client acquisition, and strategic leadership

    iii.          Strong understanding of advertising agency operations, trends, and best practices

   iv.          Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

     v.          Experience managing teams and overseeing cross-functional project delivery

   vi.          Confident in presenting, pitching, and negotiating with senior-level clients

  vii.          Able to work under pressure and deliver in fast-paced environments

viii.          A keen eye for detail


Preferred Qualifications:

       i.          Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

     ii.          Experience in digital marketing, branding, or event marketing

    iii.          Entrepreneurial mindset and experience working in or building up a small-to-medium agency
