AgroCrown is seeking qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of an HR Officer. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years proven work experience in FMCG or Telco. The ideal candidate should also have a good understanding of the labour law and best HR practices. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification of the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will manage and oversee the Human Resources Administrative process, Insurance services, pension schemes, social benefits and insurance services.
· The candidate must instill discipline and take an active part in disciplinary committee meetings
· Candidate will oversee and manage employees’ leave and update regularly.
· Candidate will provide administrative support to management for smooth running of their work activities
· Candidate will oversee and coordinate orientations and onboarding processes
· Candidate will play an active part in talent acquisition process
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized University
· Minimum of 3 years proven work experience in FMCG, Telco or other related field
· Proficiency in Information Technology, Microsoft Office Suite and other
· Strong understanding of labour laws and best HR processes, practices and procedures
· Good writing and verbal communication skills
· Ability to speak French is an added advantage
