University of Ghana Medical Centre Ltd is seeking to employ passionate and hardworking candidate for the position of a Senior Dental Technologist. The ideal candidate should have in his/her possession a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Technology or equivalent.
Responsibilities
· Candidate will design and fabricate dentures, mouth guards, retainers and other dental technologies.
· Candidate will make dental composite works and perform diagnostic wax-ups.
· Candidate will correct irregularities in client’s dentition using dental devices;
· Candidate will participate in the procurement of logistics and supplies for the dental laboratory unit/section.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Dental Technology or a related field
· Minimum of 3 years of proven experience working as a Dental Technologist;
· Adequate evidence of continual professional development and training.
· Postgraduate Degree in orthodontic, prosthodontic, ceramic and bridge work.
