Health Tech Ghana is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Medical Representative. The successful candidate is responsible for promoting and increasing awareness of the company’s pharmaceutical products among healthcare professionals. This role involves managing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, conducting product presentations and supporting sales growth across Ghana.
Job Responsibilities
1. Promote and market the company's pharmaceutical products within the assigned territory.
2. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare stakeholders.
3. Increase product awareness and drive sales growth within the territory.
4. Achieve monthly sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and submit timely reports.
Skills and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or any Science- related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing (pharmaceutical industry experience is highly preferred).
Skills:
· Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
· Strong knowledge of the Ghanaian healthcare sector, procurement, and tender processes.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
· Valid Ghanaian driver's licence (Class B or above) with willingness to travel extensively across Ghana.
· Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
