Role Overview

Fides Group, a leading Facility Management company, is seeking a dynamic IT Tech Officer to lead the Implementation and optimization of our ERP and digital systems across all departments. The role combines technology, process improvement, and data analytics to drive efficiency and automation company-wide.

Key Responsibilities

       i.          Lead end-to-end ERP implementation

     ii.          Coordinate with teams to map workflows and digitize processes

    iii.          Manage data migration, integration, and validation.

   iv.          Configure finance modules (AP/AR, GL, Payroll, Budgeting).

     v.          Develop dashboards and analytics for data-driven decisions.

   vi.          Drive AI and automation initiatives using modern tools

  vii.          Train users, document SOPs, and support change management.

Qualifications & Experience

       i.          Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

     ii.          Proven ERP/finance systems experience (Dynamics 365, Business Central, Odoo).

    iii.          Strong data modeling, SQL, and integration skills.

   iv.          Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau, Azure, and automation tools.

     v.          Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate AI Builder, and Custom GPTS is a plus.

   vi.          Excellent problem-solving, communication, and vendor management skills.

  vii.          Bonus: Experience with Facility management platforms, Property management systems, CAFM/CMMS workflows, IoT integrations for sensors/energy monitoring, and warehouse/inventory management.
