Job Summary
Felidian Enterprise is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Shop Attendant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop, assisting customers with purchases, and performing cashier duties. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment for customers and contribute to the smooth operation of the shop. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities:
Customer Service
i. Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries or product selection.
ii. Provide information about products, pricing, promotions, and offers.
iii. Handle customer complaints or escalate them to the supervisor when necessary.
Sales and Transactions
i. Operate the cash register and process payments (cash, card, and other payment methods).
ii. Ensure accurate billing and provide receipts to customers.
Stock Management
i. Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management.
ii. Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock deliveries.
Shop Maintenance
i. Keep the shop clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
ii. Arrange and maintain product displays for maximum visibility.
iii. Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced.
Qualifications and Skills
i. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
ii. Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
iii. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
iv. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
v. Basic math skills for handling transactions.
vi. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
