L'AÎNÉ HR is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Customer Experience Inbound. The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will answer incoming calls and provide accurate information on the bank’s products and services. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
i. Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information on the bank's products and services.
ii. Resolve customer issues or escalate complex cases to relevant units
iii. Maintain records of interactions using the CRM system.
iv. Follow up on pending customer requests until resolution.
v. Ensure all communication aligns with the bank's service standards.
vi. Participate in training and team meetings to enhance service delivery.
Experience and Qualifications
i. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
ii. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a customer service or call center environment.
iii. Excellent communication and listening skills.
iv. Knowledge of banking products and digital channels is an advantage.
v. Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
