Tiffany Consult is seeking a detail-oriented, qualified, experienced and hardworking Human Resource Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal and coordination skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records in the HR databases.
· The candidate will manage employment contracts, benefits and payroll details.
· The candidate will be responsible for preparing HR-related reports and correspondence.
· The candidate will be responsible for coordinating training sessions and professional development programs.
· The candidate will assist with conflict resolution and grievance handling
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Relations Management or a related field
· Proven work experience as a Human Resource Assistant or equivalent
· Possession of an associate professional certification with CIHRM, CIPD, and HRCi is an added advantage
· Appreciable knowledge of human resource management needs of clients from various sectors of the economy
· Requirement of regulatory bodies eg. SSNIT, GRA etc
· Working knowledge of the Labour Laws of Ghana
· Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
· Good report writing and presentation skills
· Adept in administrative and general office management
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
