Celc Travel Consult is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Office Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, handling travel arrangements, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will work with HR to update and implement office policies and procedures. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Summary

An office manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an office, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing administrative tasks, coordinating staff, and maintaining office facilities. They also play a key role in implementing and maintaining office procedures and policies, and reporting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

       i.          Administrative Tasks: Managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, handling travel arrangements, and maintaining records.

     ii.          Office Operations: Overseeing daily office operations, managing supplies, and ensuring the office environment is conducive to work.

    iii.          Staff Management: Supervising administrative staff, providing support, and potentially assisting with recruitment and onboarding.

   iv.          Facility Management:

     v.          Ensuring the office is well-maintained, coordinating repairs, and managing relationships with vendors.

   vi.          Budget Management: Managing office expenses, processing invoices, and potentially assisting with budgeting.

  vii.          Compliance: Ensuring the office adheres to health and safety regulations and company policies.

viii.          Communication: Serving as a point of contact for staff, visitors, and vendors, and facilitating communication between different departments.

   ix.          Event Planning: Organizing and coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences.

     x.          Supporting Senior Management: Assisting the CEO with various tasks, such as scheduling, meeting representation, travel arrangements, and preparing presentations.

   xi.          Problem-Solving: Addressing any issues that arise within the office environment and finding solutions to keep operations running smoothly.

  xii.          Technology Management: Ensuring the office equipment is functioning properly and coordinating with the IT department when necessary.

xiii.          Policy Implementation: Working with HR to update and implement office policies and procedures.

xiv.          I.T. Knowledge: Should have I.T. Knowledge on basic Microsoft compliance, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Sheets, PowerPoint, etc.
