Charter House seeks a detail-oriented, proactive and hardworking executive who would lead various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in Event Management. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will plan events from start to finish
· The candidate will be responsible for generating ideas for every event
· The candidate will develop, generate, and manage event budgets and expenses
· The candidate will manage logistics and event venues
· The candidate will be responsible for managing audio and virtual event companies
· The candidate will liaise with other staff and clients to find other the exact requirements for the event
· The candidate will be responsible for providing detailed proposals for events such as timelines, suppliers, venues, and others
Qualification
· Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in Event Management
· Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Project Management or any other related field is an added advantage.
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Strong background in Event Design and Hospitality
· Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
