Offin Security Ghana seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for numerous job openings. The ideal candidates will be responsible for organizing office operations and procedures, be it, training, meetings, and interviews. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will organize operations and procedures(training, meetings, interviews, etc)

·       The candidate will be responsible for writing of minutes at meetings organized

·       The candidate will deal with clients complains, customer enquiries and general queries

·       The candidate will liaise with the head office for supply requisitions

·       The candidate will be responsible for managing clients who visit the office as well as providing services to them with the necessary information required

·       The candidate will be responsible for organizing the office layout and set up

·       The candidate will maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs after seeking proper approval

·       The candidate will partner with the head of HR and Admin to update and maintain office policies as necessary

·       The candidate will ensure that all items in the petty cash and requests are invoiced and reported to the account officer and the head of HR and Admin.

·       The candidate will assist in the onboarding process for new hires both guards and internal stuff

·       The candidate will manage the office facilities and it’s contracted workers

·       The candidate will liaise with the Head of HR and plan in-house or off-site office activities, like conferences

·       The candidate will perform any other duties assigned

Qualification

·       Proven work experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant

·       Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

·       Hands-on experience with office machines, for example, PC, telephones, and printers

·       Familiarity with emailing and receiving online correspondence

·       Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

·       Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

·       A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

·       Diploma, HND or Degree in Business Administraiton, Secreataryship and management studies or related field

·       Must reside in Kumasi, Ghana

·       Not more than 27 years of age
