Light Consult is seeking the services of a qualified, hardworking, and experienced individual for the position of Customer Service Representative. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          Receiving clients and assisting them

     ii.          Responding to customer enquiries

    iii.          Ensuring clients have a good experience

   iv.          Cashiering and handling sales payments

     v.          Taking minutes

   vi.          Updates on appointments.

Qualification

       i.          Minimum qualification of HND

     ii.          Proven interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills

    iii.          Must be well organized and detail-oriented

   iv.          Salary from Ghc 2000 -3000.
