Tino Solution is seeking the services of detail-oriented, results-driven, qualified and hardworking individuals for the Assistant Logistics Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing logistics operations to ensure the smooth delivery of our renewable energy projects. The candidate must have good written and verbal communication skills. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities:
· Assist in planning and coordinating logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
· Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and equipment
· Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve logistics-related issues
· Maintain accurate records and reports on logistics operations
· Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
· At least 2 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in the renewable energy sector
· Strong knowledge of logistics principles, practices, and regulations
· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
