Tele Performance is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of an IT Operations Lead to oversee the daily delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of IT services across the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure service reliability, strengthen operational processes, and maintain strong alignment between IT and business objectives. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Key Responsibilities

       i.          Oversee daily IT Service Desk operations and ensure timely resolution of issues.

     ii.          Monitor ticket queues, enforce SLAS/KPIS, and manage escalations

    iii.          Apply ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.

   iv.          Manage IT assets, security, patching, and system updates.

Qualifications & Experience

       i.          Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.

     ii.          5+ years in IT operations, including 2+ years in leadership.

    iii.          Strong knowledge of ITIL practices.

   iv.          Experience with OS management, Microsoft 365/Intune, AD/Azure AD, and Google Workspace.

     v.          Skills in endpoint security, patching, compliance, and basic networking.
