Responsibilities:
• Creating invoicing (for example using something like invoiced.com)
• Creating a book keeping record of accounts receivable (what invoices do we still have to be paid & how soon should they be expected)
• Helping us create a financial record for the agency each month so we know what our financial health is at all times. (also logging our expenses and salaries to other staff)
Skills:
• Good with excel & google sheets
• Proficient with online accounting tools like Quickbooks, Zoho Books etc
• Very good attention to detail
• Great understanding of principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
