Scmfi Socials, a microfinance company located at Adum–Kumasi, is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of General Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, operations management and regulatory affairs. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, finance or other relevant fields. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position:
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, operations management, compliance and regulatory affairs and financial management
Qualification
· Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or other relevant fields
· Possession of a professional certificate or a master’s degree will be an added advantage.
· Proven work experience in a leadership role within the microfinance and banking sector
· Strong understanding of microfinance operations, regulations and best practices
