A reputable company is seeking qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Administration Officer. The Admin Officer will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department/team. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day activities, coordinating tasks, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments. The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Key Responsibilities:

       i.          Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments

     ii.          Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls

    iii.          Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and presentations

   iv.          Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases

     v.          Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements

   vi.          Provide support for projects and initiatives

  vii.          Ensure office supplies and equipment are well-maintained

viii.          Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

       i.          Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

     ii.          Proven administrative experience

    iii.          Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

   iv.          Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software

     v.          Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
